The Line-Up for the Festival

Formed in 1981 by guitarist and vocalist James Hetfield and drummer Lars Ulrich, Metallica is always a crowd puller. The band has sold more than 110 million albums across the glove, making it one of the most commercially successful among rock bands. The release of ‘The Black Album’ in 1991 made wooed music lovers worldwide. Metallica’s ‘Death Magnetic’ album hit #1 on the charts in more than 30 countries around the world. Among the other bands that would be performing at the Leeds Festival in 2015 are Pierce the Veil, from San Diego, Refused, from Sweden, Run the Jewels and South West London’s own star, Wilkinson.
