If you want to try several different traditional dishes, you should visit Brown sugar, which is an authentic buffet that serves the most delicious homemade rum bread pudding. Visiting Barbados can be done at any time of the year, however, July is considered the wettest month and is the busiest. This is due to the many festivals and sugar cane harvest parties that are held and celebrated. March and April produce near perfect weather conditions and are busy with tourists. Christmas time is peak season and is extremely expensive.
