Terms & Conditions for Full Card Members:

The 10%-15% discount is offered on public rack rates, and may not be used in conjunction with any other special promotion or last minute rate.

A minimum of 10% will be offered on eligible reservations*. Certain participating hotels may offer 15% discount or more at their own discretion.

The yearly membership card will be issued within 30 days maximum after signature of the membership contract. The GHD Card covers discounts on up to 3 rooms per reservation and per card.

Members of the GHD Card must mention that they hold the GHD Card when making their reservation, and must show it before check in.

Failure to show a valid GHD Card may cause lose of the discount.

List of participating Hotels may change without notice.

In case of any dispute with a participating hotel, members of the GHD Card must file a complaint within 14 days with GHD. GHD shall provide the member with its reply within 60 days from the date of the complaint.

The discount applies to direct reservations either through phone, fax, e-mail with participating hotels or through www.globalhoteldiscount.com reservation section. Discounts will not apply to travel agency or travel websites reservations.

The discount applies to accommodation room price only, excluding any other service, food, beverages, tax, duty, etc. Certain participating hotels may apply the discount to the breakfast, at their own discretion.

The discount offered by GHD Card may not be redeemed in cash or in any other manner whatsoever.  Members have the right to cancel their membership, free of charge, within seven (7) days from the date of purchase of the GHD Card.

The GHD Card is personal to the member and may not be used by any other third party. Hotels have the right to request an ID to confirm the GHD Card ownership.

All reservations made by the members are subject to availability at the required participating hotel.

* Eligible reservations are reservations that comply with the terms and conditions highlighted in this document.

GHD Free Members will not be issued a physical membership card.
 
GHD Free account holders are limited to GHD website reservation in order to qualify for the discount , reservations by fax, phone, Email or face to face, in addition to third party reservations such as travel agency and website reservation do not qualify for the discount.  
 
Failure to show a GHD website reservation confirmation upon check in at participating hotels may disqualify you from the discount.
