The hotel is a building with character which can be noticed from far away due to its high and special shapes. The building dates back from the beginning of the 20th century and was originally designed as a monastery.      Our stylish and luxurious à-la-carte restaurant offers our guests a high level cuisine. Our chef has prepared a lovely range of local fresh fish dishes from the Oosterschelde such as oysters, lobster and a lot more tasty seafood.     De Dikke van Dale welcomes you for meetings, seminars, presentations, receptions, diners and parties too. The hotel features 3 meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 300 persons. The hotel lounge is directly connected with the meeting rooms.          The entire old building has completely been renovated. A large new part of the planned hotel complex is newly built and made one with the existing architecture of the current building. The rooms at the front side offer inner court view.
