The above rates include VAT and tourism levy. Breakfast @ N$ 45 is not included in the room rates.
Check-out time is 10h00. Check-in is possible as from 13h00. Early arrivals will be accommodated where possible.
Children younger than 2 years are accommodated free of charge. A baby cot is available on request.
Children between 2-12 years will be charged N$ 110, provided they share the room with their parents.
Children as from 12 years will be charged full rate.

If a booking is cancelled, the following cancellation fee is applicable:
- if cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to date of arrival, 25% of the rack rate is due;
- if cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to date of arrival, 50% of the rack rate is due;
- if cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to date of arrival, 75% of the rack rate is due;
- if cancelled less than 1 week prior to date of arrival, the full amount is due.
