Our hotel is small (14 rooms), friendly, clean, cool (air in all the rooms) with 24-hour surveillance. It has a garden, a balcony, a roof garden and a solarium. Guests may take meals in the restaurant. The manger speaks English, Spanish, German and French. |

| We are just 20 kms south of Cancun airport 2 kms from the main road that runs from Cancun to Tulum along the Riviera Maya. As you come into the town take the first turning on the left and we are 100m on your right. |

Check-out time is 12.00 noon but guests are welcome to leave their luggage in reception until they leave the town.
