This charming hotel is situated in the valley of the “Fenouillèdes”, surrounded by the famous “Côtes du Roussillon” vineyards and set between the foothills of the Pyrenees and the Corbières. The hotel is close to the ancient Cathar castles witch dominant the region.

The owner of the hotel, M. Rauss, who is the chef, specialises in providing a fine choice of menus, including” à la carte” and the wine list gives clients an opportunity to sample some of the finest Roussillon wines.
There are 15 bedrooms: all with en suite (shower/WC) facilities. Every room has telephone and television. Some bedrooms overlook the river “Boulzane”; others have views over the landscaped gardens.
There is a large outdoor swimming pool, sun terraces with sun beds and plenty of secure parking.
Mme Rauss is multi lingual and welcomes guests in French, English, Netherlands, and German.
Guests can make use of an Internet facility in the hotel (WiFi). In the salon guests will find comprehensive files compiled over several years, giving information on all aspects of the area and enabling guests to choose excursions based on their particular interests.
An extensive range of outdoors pursuits including walking, cycling, climbing, white water rafting and caving are all available within easy reach of the hotel.

which is returnable if the reservation is cancelled at last one month before
the date of arrival. Should a cancellation be necessary
after that date, proof of the reason must be supplied: i.e. accident,
illness, death (must have relevant certificate to prove reason) In these
cases, deposit will be returned. The deposit is 50 euro per room booking.
This deposit will be deducted of the final bill.
