Limassol is a busy town by the sea suitable for all year holiday. Cyprus has sun 11 months of the year so summer and winter visitors are always welcome. Our apartments are just a few minutes walk from the sea and very near the main Limassol roundabout.
There are many shops and cafes within walking distance, including a large department store on the sea front which has everything you are likely to need, including a lovely cafeteria overlooking the sea. Despite all this hustle and bustle the location of our apartments, in a quiet residential area are indicative of how the Cypriot passes his time, Visitors who stay there will experience how the Cypriot enjoys the town.
The beach is just a short stroll from the apartments, about 500 meters and takes not more than 4 or 5 minutes. There is a lovely promenade which goes from old Port of Limassol for miles to the end of the town by all the hotels and very popular of an evening. It’s a great place to find locals and visitors alike, summer and winter. The old port is full of very interesting little shops representative of a bygone era.
This holiday is suitable for all age groups. Retired couples, a family holiday or just friends enjoying themselves.

If its night life you are after, the town is buzzing and is only a short ride away! Its about a 20 minutes walk if you prefer to walk
There are some great hotels in Limassol where you go and take advantage of the facilities for a small charge.
There is also horse riding, water skiing and water sports and some great Waterparks among other things.
We also have a property in Kalavasos village with our own orchard where you can go and pick your own fruit. If you visit at olive picking time you can join in and come and see how olive oil is made. |
| Route Description: |
By air: We are the same distance from Paphos airport and Larnaca airport, about 40 minutes drive.
By road: Located Near the Curium Roundabout and just round the corner from Ayios Nicolaos church. Coming in from the motorway, your easiest route is to take the 1st roundabout if you are coming from Larnaca and if you are coming from Paphos it will be the last roundabout, which is called the Yermasoyia roundabout. You need to turn into town not up towards the hills, depending on which direction you are coming from. Keep driving straight down the road, you will pass quite a few traffic lights but just keep driving.
Keep looking to your left. This road is called Grivas Digenis. Once you pass what looks like a park with a statue (this is a statue of Grivas and is called Trisfigeto tou Griva (Grivas hideout) go pass this and you will see coffee shop on the 2nd left, go down that road (Christou Kelly or Christou Kelli, you may also see the spelling Christou M-Kelli ) and you will find out apartments at the bottom of the road, it’s a no through road and we are at the end of it.
If you get to the roundabout, it means you have gone too far, just turn back and drive back the way you came, you will see a church on your left (Ayios Nicolaos), go past the church and take the next turn to the right, you will see a coffee shop of the corner. Drive down to the bottom of the road, it is a no through road and you will see a block of flats on your left.
Just leave the car for a moment and either ring the bell of 102 or 202 depending on which apartment you are staying in or call us on the mobile (00 357 99 525 926 John or 00 357 99 635 816) and we will come down to show you your parking spot and let you in.
We need to know approximate time of arrival so that we can arrange for someone to be there to greet you. |

Twenty percent deposit required in order to confirm reservation.
No refund on deposit.
50% on due amount will be taken if this booking is cancelled 7 days before booking date or there is a no show.
It may be possible in some cases to transfer some of this amount to a later holiday, this is at the discretion of management.
For a stay of one or two nights there will be a surcharge.
