The two towers of Catalina Resort are conveniently situated in the trendy Cotton Tree area of Maroochydore, near the mouth of the Maroochy River. Offering a choice of two towers:
The well-established Catalina 1, with its spacious living areas and lovely large balconies, which enjoy the evening sea breeze, has long been popular with guests. Offering fully self-contained, serviced, one, two and three bed-roomed apartments, with your choice of garden or ocean views as well as studio apartments. All apartments except the studios have spa baths. The one, two and three bedroom apartments have full kitchens, cable TV, fans and an in-room spa.
All apartments in the more recent Catalina II, are air-conditioned with ensuites. Offering two or three bedroom apartments, with your choice of garden or ocean views. All have cable TV in both master bedroom and lounge. The stylishly appointed apartments, with quality furnishings and finishing touches, have full kitchens and an in-room spa. They also contain a CD player and Video Recorder or DVD.
Relax and enjoy the many features, which include; 2 heated pools, shaded children’s wading pool, 2 heated spas, sauna, undercover barbecue facilities, full sized tennis court, games room, undercover secure parking, lift access to all floors, washing machine and dryer in all apartments and friendly on-site managers.

Explore picturesque, mountain villages such as Montville and Maleny nestled high in the Blackall Ranges. Drive through to the mystical Glass House Mountains, take a jaunt to the beachside playgrounds of Mooloolaba, Coolum, and Noosa or go whale watching during the whale watch season.
Take a ride on the Valley Rattler Steam Train or test your skill at the Big Cart Go-Cart track or perhaps a scenic helicopter flight take your fancy. Whatever you tastes there is something here for you.

| Route Description: |
Situated at 47 Sixth Avenue in the Cotton Tree precinct of Maroochydore, a one hours drive north from Brisbane, on the Bruce Highway. Take the Maroochydore turnoff, travelling on Maroochydore Road (State Hwy 8). Turn right onto Horton Parade, which becomes Aerodrome Road and then left onto Sixth Avenue. Catalina Resort will be about 200 metres up the road on your right.
Or from the Sunshine Coast Airport, travel south on David Low Way (State Hwy 6) get on the Sunshine Motorway (State Hwy 70) taking the exit at Bradman Avenue, which becomes Duporth Avenue. Turn left at The Esplanade, which becomes Cotton Tree Parade. Turn right at King Street, which leads onto Sixth Avenue. Catalina Resort will be about 250 metres on your left.
Alternatively, we can arrange bus transfers from the Brisbane or Sunshine Coast Airports to the resort. Or, for the ultimate in luxury, we can arrange for a chauffer driven limousine to pick you up and deliver you to the resort. We will be happy to arrange these transfers for you.

There is a minimum 3 night stay. Up to one extra guest can be accommodated in one, two and three bedroom apartments for an additional charge of $20 per night.
Children under 2 years, using existing bedding are free of charge.
Reception is open Monday – Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am to 3pm and Sunday 8.30am to 2.00 pm. Please contact us during opening hours on (07) 5443 8666 if arriving outside of these times for late arrival instructions.
