November 24, 2004 to April 17, 2005: 4 night minimum required for stays Sun-Thursday; 5 night minimum required for stays including a Fri-Sat
April 18, 2006 to November 23, 2006: Minimums may be required.
Rates are based on double occupancy, are in Canadian funds, and do not include apllicable taxes (17%)
Children 18 years and under stay free when sharing with adult using existing bedding. Additonal adults are $30(Nov-Apr) $20 (May-Oct) Maximum 4 people per room. Roll away beds are not available. (Discount does not apply to additional person charge)
Secured underground parking is avaialble, nominal charge
Pets are welcome. $15 per night, some restrictions apply (discount does not apply to pet charge).
Breakfast is avaialbe in the Hotel's restaurant, but is NOT included in the rate.

Full deposit is required forty-eight (48) hours prior to
arrival.
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Reservations which do not meet the deposit requirements
will be cancelled without notice.

A non-refundable deposit totalling one (1) night room
charge plus tax, is required at the time of booking.
Full payment of the remaining nights is required thirty
(30) days prior to the reservation arrival date.
