| The property is located 85klms from Brisbane Airport and 25klms from Gold Coast Airport. From both airports follow signs to Surfers Paradise and we are located just one block south of Cavill Avenue. |

Rates are based on twin share and a minimum 1 night stay. Additional guests pay $26.00 per night extra on rate and the first child 4-12 years stays free if sharing with adults and using existing bedding.
Check in available from 1.00pm day of arrival and Check out time is 1000am on day of departure. |
| Cancellation Policy: |
| Reservations must be cancelled outside 72 hours to avoid a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation. A no show or change of date within 72 hours will also incur a one night room rate charge. |
