II. Reservation Policy
Reservation :Reservation will be made by Sales Department faxes 255-1036 o 255-1171 or by phone 222-2424 or by e-mail: jcorrales@aurola-holidayinn.com. Reservation should be guaranteed, sending a company's letter or filling out :kind of room, number of people, number of nights amd aditional services
III. Payment
For Groups Reservations 25% should be payed a month before their check in for guarantee their reservation, 25% shuold be received 15 days before their check in and the ohter 50% should be payed 7 days before check in group if it is on cash. If it is with credit cards, checks or deposit bank should be madee 10 days before check in at least.
Checks: Only certificate checks don't personals checks , This payment should be credited on hotel's account at least 72 hours before guest comming.
Credit card: Please to send a copy of two faces and autorization signed up by credit card's owner.
Bank Deposit: Sending a copy by fax # 255-1171.

IV. Cancellation Pollicy
Reservations should be cancelled at least 7 days before coming the guest. If that occurs, will be charged 50% of first night plus taxes. Any cancellation received after this period, the first night will be charged as "on show"
.- No-Shows Policy:
Any room cancellation with less than 96 hours prior to group arrival, 100 % penalty ( no refund). Penalty is room rate only al $70 per each room canceled within 96 hours of first event date. Hotel will attempt to resell the cancelled guestrooms. Should Hotel be successful in selling the rooms, there will be no cancellation penalty paid by ADI Meeting & Incentives, Inc. acting as Agent for Arizona State University.
