| The quiet village of Green Point is surrounded by Wallis Lake and The Booti Booti National Park but very close to pristine beaches and the seaside town of Forster. There are plenty of water sports available and particularly good fishing and dolphin and migrating whale watching cruises. |
| Route Description: |
Drive out of Sydney northwards up the F3 Exp[essway to the end. At the roudabout take the right exit onto the Pacific Highway towards Taree. After the town of Bulahdelah take the right turn to Forster marked as Tourist Route 6 on a brown sign. This is The Lakes Way and drive along it for approx 52 kms and take the left turn to Green Point. Drive into the village and fork left on to Green Point Drive and look for a signboard 100 metres on the left.
From the North turn left off the Pacific Highway south of the Taree by-pass onto The Lakes Way and follow brown signs for Tourist Route 6 through Forster. Five kms south of Forster turn right to Green Point village and follow the instructions above. |

| Two night minimum stay at long weekends, Easter and summer season. Check in is from 1400 and check out by 1000 but flexibility may be available on request. Full gourmet breakfast is included and served on the top terrace with stunning, panoramic views over the lake. Unsuitable for all ages of children , no pets allowed and smoking only outdoors. |
| Cancellation Policy: |
As confirmation of a booking the cost of one night or 50% of the cost of a multiple night booking will be charged to a guest's credit card and held as a deposit. Alternatively, a cheque can be mailed or an electronic transfer made and confirmation is granted when the funds are cleared into our account.
When notice of cancelation is given within less than 24 hours of scheduled arrival time of 2 pm, no refund will be made.
When notice of cancelation is given within less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours of scheduled arrival time of 2 pm, 50% of one night's rate (for both single and multiple night bookings) will be refunded.
When notice of cancelation is given more than 72 hours before scheduled arrival time of 2 pm, a full refund of deposit monies paid will be made.
