| The Inn provides a centralized location for exploring Kingston with the magnificent 1,000 Islands and historic Fort Henry just a few minutes from our door. A drive along the St. Lawrence Parkway, a boat trip through the 1000 Islands or a drive through the surrounding countryside all provide wonderful opportunities for exploration. Gananoque, with the beautiful land O' Lakes, magnificent Frontenac Park and Rideau Canal system are to the north. |

Our normal check-in time is between 4:00pm & 8:00pm but, with prior notification we can be flexible, within reason, to meet the requirements of our guests.
Check-out is by 11 a.m.
Room rates are shown in Canadian dollars (taxes / charges are extra - currently at 15% total)
Room rates are per room (two people) and include our wonderful breakfast
There is an additional charge of $30 for a third person in a room - some restrictions may apply
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac Debit, Cash and Traveler's Cheques for payment.
To secure a reservation we would need a credit card number (VISA or MasterCard) with expiry date to confirm your reservation along with your names, address and phone number.
Breakfast is served in our Tamarisk room, usually at 8:30am. Special arrangements may be made, within reason, for an alternative time should your schedule (or preference) require.
We can cater for most food allergies and concerns. We just ask that you let us know so that we can prepare appropriately.
All rooms have private ensuite bathrooms

Cancellation Policy
For regular reservations we require 72 hours notice of cancellation prior to noon on the date of your scheduled stay
If you provide the required notice no charge shall be made
If you are unable to provide the required notice we will make every effort to reassign the room(s) to other guests
If we are able to reassign the room(s) no charge shall be made
If you do not provide the required notice and we are unable to reassign the room(s) the rate quoted on reservation will be charged to the credit card number provided
For block reservations (taking three or more rooms on the same day) we have a 30 day Cancellation Policy (the same provisions, as above, apply)
