Zimbai Beach Hotel is a new luxury 5-Star hotel development located on the north coast of Durban, near Ballito. Located in the exclusive Zimbali Estate and Nature Reserve, the Hotel also has breathtaking views over the ocean. The Hotel a total of 126 Rooms, comprising 88 luxury Standard Rooms and 25 Suites. The 25 Suites are 12x 1 bedroom suites and 13x 2 bedroom suites.
The Hotel will also include 10 separate and exclusive villas, either 2 or 3 bedroom villas, with all bedrooms being en suite. The villas will also have own living room and fully equipped kitchen.
In addition to the Hotels 2 restaurants and bar, the Hotel will have a Beach Pavilion located walking distance to the beach, with its own restaurant and swimming pool.

The 1 and 2 Bedroom Suites are located in 3 separate buildings on the other side of the Main Hotel lobby. Suites are spread over 3 levels of the buildings, and connected to the main hotel and lobby by walkways. The Suites will have a private reception and check-in facility. The second bedroom in the 2-Bedroom Suite will have own separate entrance and could be sold as a standard room if needed.

How to Get There:
By Air: From the Durban International Airport, take the N2 north to Stanger. Travel approximately +/- 63 kilometres to Ballito exit. Exit at the Ballito off ramp, and take the M4 back towards Durban. On the M4, you will by pass the Zimbali Estate, then see sign postings for the Hotel.
By Road: Follow the same directions as above from Durban
