This elegant XVIe century castle in the heart of the Loire Valley and the Vouvray vineyards, was used as a refuge by the protestant during the Amboise conspiracy in 1560. The splendour of bygone days has been authentically recreated here. The lavishly decorated rooms with period furniture testify to this. THE CASTLE: 14 luxurious rooms, 4 categories : Deluxe, Superior, Standard and Cosy Standard, all individually decorated with antiques, king size or twin beds, fitted with mini-bars, direct dial telephone, televisions with international satellite channels, and bathrooms equipped with hair dryer with separate toilets. Nice view on the garden and countryside.
THE CLOCK HOUSE : It always been a part of the property, an old bulding just renewed with five rooms, very closed to the Château (20 meters). All fournitures keep the authentic style of the Château with the same accommodations mentioned above with also air-conditioning, safety box, computer plug, and the two rooms on the groundfloor have whirlpool bath, a king size four poster bed and their private small garden.

From Paris, take the motorway A10 (Bordeaux) as far as exit 18 :Amboise - Château Renault, then take D.31 towards Amboise ( do not cross The Loire ), followed by N.152, direction Vouvray, Tours. 8 Km after passed Amboise turn right D78 to Noizay. The castle is behind the church.
BY TRAIN (TGV) (55 Minutes From Paris)From Paris to either St. Pierre Des Corps or Tours station (18 kms), then take a taxi to the hotel, or rent a car. Reservations can be made in advance.
BY PLANE The nearest airport is in St. Symphorien, in the northern outskirts of Tours, 20 km from Noizay. Taxi reservation or car rental can be made in advance.
