The Apartment-Hotel is a private owned and managed, approved three-star-hotel. It offers a total of 119 generously proportioned guest rooms with a home-from-home ambience.
The hotel is conveniently located for downtown Hamburg, the congress and exhibition centres, the Port of Hamburg and St. Pauli landing stages, the historic Warehouse City, the musical theatres and many others of the city s attractions. All of them are easy to reach by public transport. For guests who arrive by car, there is ample parking on the parking deck or in the secure underground car park.
Living well need not to be expansive, as you will see from the value you get for your money, and the friendly, guest-oriented staff will make you feel welcome and at home. No matter whether you are spending just one night or an entire month at the Apartment-Hotel. The hotel is the ideal place for a short stay out of business or private reasons or as a long term domicile. All rooms feature kitchenettes with refrigerator and micro wave, partly also with cooking facilities. Special offers are available for stays longer than 30 days.
A complete floor is reserved for non smokers.

Arrival by car: Take A1 to exit 33 - HH-Billstedt, follow direction Zentrum. In Eiffestrasse turn at the 5th. traffic light left into Borstelmannsweg, the hotel is on the left side.
Arrival by train: Exit at Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), from there take bus line 112 direction Braune Brücke, bus stop Schadesweg is directly in front of the hotel.
By Air: Either by taxi or take the airport shuttle bus to Hauptbahnhof and from there the public transport, as described.

Children aged less than 6 years stay free of charge in parent’s room. Children aged under 12 years pay EUR 18,00 for extra bed and breakfast. From 12 years the charge for the extra bed and breakfast is EUR 27,50.
All room rates are including buffet breakfast,service and tax.
Pets are welcome for extra charge of € 6,00 per day.

The cancellation without charge is accepted until 7 days before arrival, 4 pm. For later cancellation or in case you will not take up your room without giving notice, we will charge the total amount of your reservation as cancellation fee.
