A reservation will be considered confirmed, when the hotel receive an up front deposit acknowledged by the hotel.
NO SHOW POLICY
If a reservation is in effect, guaranteed in cash, bank deposit or credit card, and the holder does not show on the stated dateshall then there be a one night fare penalization.
