Hotel Hacienda Los Laureles is located in San Felipe del Agua, just outside of the Center of Oaxaca City.
To arrive at the hotel from Mexico City, you need to take the road that goes past the "Cerro de Fortín", past the Guelaguetza Auditorium, (be sure not to take the road that goes into the Center of Oaxaca) and on to "Niños Heroes de Chapultepec", then take "Las Rosas" street and follow this one way street up to San Felipe del Agua. Hotel Hacienda Los Laureles will be found just after the San Felipe Church. The outside boundery wall of the hotel is orange in color. |

Deposit and pre-payment information for events and special packages requires:
25% deposit per room in low season.
30% deposit per room in high season.
15 room reservation minimum in low season.
23 room reservation minimum during high season (3 nights minimum stay).
Policies for deposits:
During low season:
60 days or less before arrival, 2nd deposit of 20% of the total.
40 days or less before your arrival, 2nd deposit 30% of the total.
During high season:
90 days or less before your arrival, 2nd deposit, 25% of the total.
40 days or less before arrival, 2nd deposit, 25% of the total.
12 days or less before arrival during low season and high season, the total balance should be liquidated.
With regards to food and drinks a 50% deposit is required 3 months before the event or arrival.
All mentioned policies apply to rooms and suites, food and drinks, decoration and other special requirements. In the case of any special requirements, for example, stays at the Hotel Quinta Real or if you require your event during national or local holidays, please add 2 weeks extra to all deposit policies mentioned above. This is necessary for Hotel Hacienda Los Laureles and Hotel Quinta Real in Huatulco due to high occupancy.
Hours for special events
All hours for special events are a maximum of 8 hours. The latest hour for a special event is until 12.00am and no more than 3:00am in special cases, if an exception is made for a certain event. |

Cancelation policies
During low season:
40 days before the programmed arrival, the total deposit will be refunded, less 12%.
During high season:
It is necessary to cancel 60 days before the programmed event, the total deposit will be refunded less 15%.
Deposits or pre-payments cancelled 15 to 24 days before the programmed arrival will be considered for a future event in up to 6 months, otherwise 15% will be deducted, If the cancellation is made 14 days or less before the programmed arrival, the deposit or pre-payment will be lost on the part of the client. All prices are subject to change without notice. All cancellations or date changes for the second or third time, will have a charge of 15% of the total applied, which will be applied to the clients credit card or deducted for the deposits made. All cancellations should be made in writing and sent to the hotel contact person.
