Check In/Out Times
Check in is at 2.00 p.m. and checkout is at 10.00 a.m. promptly. We will endeavour to arrange an early check in for guests arriving from interstate or overseas, however please remember that the previous guests have not checked out until 10.00 am and the apartments must be thoroughly cleaned.

Deposit and Payment and Bond
A non- refundable one night deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment of the deposit implies that you have read and agreed to these conditions. Reservations will only be held for 5 days without deposit. As we have a limited number of apartments full payment must be received two weeks before arrival.
Refunds (excluding deposit) will only be made if the accommodation can be rebooked and therefore we recommend that you have adequate travel insurance in place for your holiday.
We also require a bond of $1000.00. Should there be any damages to the apartment or contents, costs will be deducted from the bond.
We have Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Diners Club card facilities. There is a surcharge on Amex and Diners cards. Whilst we appreciate that you will take care of our apartments, we ask that you provide a credit card number as security against any accidental damage or losses. Payment can be made by direct deposit on enquiry.
